Texas or Bust
Off to the great state
of tobacco-chewing,
cowboy-hat wearing,
boot stomping giants.
They seemed so splendid
from my high north chair,
but, after all, the sun
really did set in the south.

The first paragraph is pretty funny because it's actually true. I don't get what the title means or how it realates to the poem though. I would recommend changing chair to throne, or something more lofty-sounding than chair. But maybe you wanted to say chair because that fits with Texas more than a throne would. And I like how the sun sets in the south.
